I am Louis and I just create my new business in Paris-renting my short term studio for tourists. If you have friends who want to come to Paris and looking for an accommodation to stay. Maybe you can recommend them to stay in my place.

I am Louis and I just create my new business in Paris-renting my short term studio for tourists. If you have friends who want to come to Paris and looking for an accommodation to stay. Maybe you can recommend them to stay in my place.
The studio is 32 square meters and located 16 rue au maire, 75003, paris.
There are individual kitchen, toilet, room, and entrance. You don’t need to share with anyone except your partner who travels with you.
Here are some details of the studio.
short term renting apartment in Paris
it's perfect for 2 people to stay. it is possible for 4 people to stay due to there are 2 sofa beds.
one night 90 Euros (price in website is 100 Euros)
one week 500 Euros (price in website is 625 Euros)
minima stay for 3 nights
deposit is one week rent(can pay with credit card, we will return to you when you return the key and if nothing is broken or missing)
booking fee is 25% of your rent. (can pay with credit card) If you cancle within 30 days, we will only return you 50%. If you cancle within 7 days, we will not return the booking fee. Thank you for your understanding.
inside the studio, there are washing machine, drying machine, haire dryer, microwave, flat TV, wifi free, calling more than 60 countries landline for free(by request) and big closet for your suitcases. :)
inside the studio is very quiet even though you open the windows
there are 2 metro lines within 1 minute walk (lin3 and 11 metro station arts et metiers)
5 minutes walk to center pompidou, 5 minutes walk to marais. 5 minutes walk to republic square. 15 minutes walk to Paris city hall. there are 4 supermarkets around and 3 Chinese supermarkets.
there are many restaurants and pubs around.
if you come to Paris, this would be a nice location to stay. :)

路易的巴黎短租 (下表的價錢為租屋的錢 一個人 兩個人至四個人都是一樣的錢)
適合兩個人住 最多可以住四個人 因為有兩張沙發床

最少住三晚
押金為一星期租金 (可使用信用卡, 我們會在您退房的時候 檢查房間設備若無損害之處 我們會馬上把押金還給您)
訂金為住房費用的25%(可使用信用卡) 但若是您在入住前一個月內取消退房 我們只退回訂金的50% 若是在入住前一個星期取消 我們將不退還訂金 敬請見諒
房內使用設施有 洗衣機 烘衣機 平版電視 熨斗 微波爐 冰箱 無線網路 及可免費打室內電話到七十多個國家(包含台灣 美國 英國 歐洲區域 )
房內很安靜 縱使開窗也沒有噪音
有兩線地鐵站3號及11號 地鐵站arts et metiers走路到地鐵只需一分鐘
